Spanish Language Classes

Tomlinson Adult Learning Center offers Spanish language courses to the community. Currently, we have an Advanced Intermediate class meeting on Tuesdays.

If you think you might be a candidate to join a class at this level, we invite you to sit in on a class and see how you like it.  Email Patrick Jennings ( to set up a day for you to “audit” a class.  In the email include when you will be available.  There is no charge to sit in on a class; you pay only if you register for a class.

We expect to start a new introductory level class in September.   If you would like to be notified when the class is scheduled, please email your interest to Haydee Davis (,) so she can email you when the details are known.  Please put  Spanish Class in the subject line.

All classes are ongoing.  Students register for 10—week terms.  Taking holidays and breaks into account, there are four terms in a year.  Classes meet one night per week, from 6 – 8:30 PM.  Fees are based on the number of students registering for a class.  Currently classes are very small, allowing for positive  interaction between teacher and student, and fees are running about $130 for the ten week term.

Schedule:  Class meets one night per week, from 6 – 8:30 PM.
